Andrea has 30 years’ NHS experience including 16 years as an engagement lead in commissioning, provider and local authority organisations. She began her career in the NHS as a registered nurse with a background in frontline patient care. She specialises in promoting equality and in improving health inequalities through robust engagement. Andrea is an expert in all aspects of patient and public engagement including service redesign, major service reconfiguration and policy development and implementation.
